Responsibilities:
- Process and provide expert advise on Land Use application and other Town Planning matters

Responsibilities:
- Support and evaluate of proposed projects in alignment the respective municipal IDP and regional and provincial growth and development plans
- Implement the labour intensive projects in line with MIG/EPWP frame work related reporting requirement
- Arrange regular project progress
- Ensure compliance of all legal aspects and conditions required from the difference spheres of government
- Conduct site/meeting to ensure compliance to co and business plan condition
- Manage cash flow and committed project expenditure
- Verify payment certificate and preparation of monthly schedule documentation
- Maintain project performance
Requirements:
- Diploma in civil Engineering or Equivalent qualification
- Minimum of five years experience in technician matters

- Ensures daily banking as per MFMA
- Commissioning stocktaking and ordering of stationery at core Authority Licensing satellite centers
- Managing e –NATIS end –user administration
- Coordinating reconciling & submission of monthly financial reports from the core Authority as well as the Licensing Satellite offices to the chief Licensing officer
- Ensuring compliance to e-NaTIs procedure manuals and the NRTA
- Attend to motor vehicle queries &resolve disputes from time to time
- Ensures the procurement ,dispatch & safe keeping of face value documents at the core authority & the satellite licensing centers

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all motor vehicle examiners understand and know the requirements of the applicable Acts, regulations and procedure manuals.
- Monitor compliance with the requirements of the Road Traffic Regulations.
- Ensures that the VTS complies with the code of practice SANS 10047: 2009 ‘Testing of motor vehicles for roadworthiness’.
- Monitor and uphold motor vehicle testing standards at all times
- Compile and submit various reports to the relevant Authorities.
- Plan, manage & co-ordinate all motor vehicle testing activities of the VTS
- Supervise the activities of all motor vehicle examiners and instill discipline
- Attend to reported motor vehicle test queries and respond appropriately
- Ensures that daily reports are submitted to the Senior Licensing Officer for further processing
- Ensures that motor vehicle examiner’s test registers are updated daily.
- Compile and submit motor vehicle test stats to the Senior Licensing Officer on a monthly basis
- Ensures the safe keeping of all motor vehicle testing equipments.
- Monitor the eNaTIS system functionally and report any malpractice to the Chief Licensing Officer
- Co-operate with auditors and inspectors from the Municipality, Province and National Department of Transport, and other authorized state entities such as SAPS, SIU, and Motor Vehicle Crime Unit etc.
Requirements:
- Knowledge & understanding of ENaTIS
- Valid code EC driving license
- Code “A” motorbike license
- Valid ORDP
- Good communication skills
- Prepared to work under pressure

- Monitor compliance with the requirements of the relevant Acts.
- Ensures that the DLTC complies with the minimum requirements of the Dept of Transport with regards to registration of the relevant ACTS
- Monitor driving &leaner driver standards at all times
- Monitor the compilation and submission of ISS to the DL card production facility.
- Monitor quality system.
- Attend to reported driving license queries and respond appropriately
- Ensures that daily test reports are submitted to the Senior Licensing Officer
- Ensures that examiner ‘s test registers are updated daily
- Ensure that monthly statistical reports are submitted to the Senior Licensing officer for further processing
- Ensures that the motorbike testing apparatus are calibrated after every twelve months
- Ensures that the test yard is clean ,grass free and road markings are clearly visible at all times
- Monitor the processing of ISS through the LIVE SCAN UNIT
- Control the archives of the DLTC for Audit purpose
- Co-operate with auditors and inspectors from the Municipality, Province and National Department of Transport, and other authorized state entities such as SAPS, SIU, and Motor Vehicle Crime Unit etc.
- Ensures compliance in terms of booking process and procedures and be accountable of all the bookings
