BUSHBUCKRIDGE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY CELEBRATE TEN YEARS OF EXISTENCE

Bushbuckridge Local Municipality held a ten years anniversary celebration, on the 16th of May 2011 at the municipal head office premises, at 10H00 Am. The municipality was established on the 05th December 2000.  When the municipality came into been; it was a grade one municipality due to lack of revenue base. 
We are delighted to pronounce to the community members of Bushbuckridge that the municipality is growing vigorously, to date the municipality is a grade 4.  The anniversary celebration was attended by roughly 3000 community members from all walks of life.  The Executive Mayor, Clr Milton Morema used the celebration to give his last speech as the mayor of Bushbuckridge.
