- Management and administration function
- Co-ordination and implementation function
- Advocacy and mobilization function
- Projects/ programs monitoring function
- Policies, programmes ,procedures and projects reviewal
- Monitoring and evaluation of training and education of supervised personnel
- Advocacy for the marginalized group
- Grade 12.
- National Diploma or Degree on Transversal issues.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal relations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 4 years experience working in transversal department.
